Landify is an AI-powered landing page generator that creates custom, production-ready landing pages based on user input. The Service provides:
- AI-generated landing page code
- Preview functionality before purchase
- Downloadable source code in various frameworks
- One-time purchase model per generated page
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using the Service
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Not generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Not abuse the free generation limits through multiple accounts or other means
4. User-Uploaded Content & Responsibility
When using our Service, you may upload images or other content as inspiration references ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own all rights to the User Content, or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents to use it
- The User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party
- The User Content does not contain defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable material
- You will not upload content that violates any applicable law or regulation
Important: You are solely responsible for all User Content you upload to the Service. Landify does not review, verify ownership of, or endorse any User Content. We process your uploaded images solely to generate your landing page and do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.
5. Copyright & DMCA Policy
Landify respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content generated by or uploaded to our Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to us containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our Service
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature

We reserve the right to remove any content that allegedly infringes another party's intellectual property. Repeat infringers may have their access to the Service terminated.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Landify, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, property, or privacy right; (d) any User Content you upload or submit to the Service; or (e) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.
7. Payments and Refunds
Pricing:
- Each generated landing page costs $1.99 (one-time payment)
- Payment is processed securely through LemonSqueezy
- Preview is free; payment is only required for downloading the source code
Refunds:
- Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final
- We encourage users to thoroughly preview their generated page before purchasing
- In case of technical issues preventing download, contact us for assistance
Newsletter Subscription:
- By completing a purchase, you consent to receiving our newsletter with product updates and tips
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email
- We respect your inbox and only send relevant, valuable content
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Generated Content:
- Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the generated code
- You may modify, deploy, and use the code for personal or commercial purposes
- You may not resell the generated code as-is or as a template product
Landify's Intellectual Property:
- The Service, including its AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology, remains our property
- The Landify name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
9. Generation Limits
To ensure fair usage:
- Users are limited to 3 free generations before purchase is required
- Generation count resets upon purchasing a generated page
- Unpurchased generations are preserved for 1 hour for return visits
- Generation limits reset after 30 days
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated code will be free of bugs or defects
- The generated landing pages will achieve specific business results
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
